Hi,
Love your ideas. I have been making glass flowers for the yard out of vintage glass plates and bowls. Best to use colored ones. I glue, glass glue, a salad plate size, then a smaller one in the center and then a small glass bowl or lid for the center of the color. I attach it to a stem made from rebarb, hooked thru a bolt or small vase glued on the back of the flower. The fun is the hunt for the glass plates too in thrift stores, yard sales, etc. I can send you pictures if interested.

Debi,
You are amazing, you need your own show! I wish I llived in CA but I live in Sunny South FL. Unfortunatly no one around me has cece cardwell paint I am in Jupiter FL. I contacted the company theyy said they were going to have a store that will be carring them about an hour away by next year! I decorate a lot of small cedar boxes and I wish I could try some of the paint products. PS that couch you did looks fantastic what does it feel like?
Best, Cristina
Thanks Cristina,
Thank you so much for your kind words 🙂
The company is growing very fast, and may be in your area sooner than you think. There are several shops selling the paint online, (I also sell it in my online shop). The couch feels like leather now it was a linen rayon to begin with but the paint changed the texture.I love the way it turned out it’s a good alternative if you don’t want to reupholster.
