First, I absolutely love the idea of the Sailor’s Valentine. My parents live in Brigantine, NJ outside of Atlantic City. A Sailor’s Valentine would make a great addition to their condo.

Second, I believe finding love is one of those things that happen when you stop looking. After being married for 13 years, my then husband decided to leave me and our two children because he didn’t want to be a husband and a father anymore. I got in gear to be a single mom and nothing else. I focused on my children for 4 years when out of the blue I met a wonderful man at a school function. I had to interest in dating. He didn’t either, he had been separated from his wife for a year. We soon decided we were perfect for each other and by perfect we had nothing in common. But that’s okay. Since we both came from bad marriages we knew how marriage and respect and love should be. We started dating in 2006 and married in 2010. So all I can say to you is it will happen when you least expect it. Just be you and love will find you.

And I am looking forward to any advice you can give on blogging and crafting for an income. I am looking to re-enter the “work force”, however, I do not want to go back to office work.

Debi…..Concerns of the heart are all individual. I have learned that if you like “you” and do what makes “you” happy it somehow attracts the same. In other words, liking yourself shows outwardly and when your not looking or could give a flip who likes you it has a tendency to attract. Always wear a smile!!!!! Get it!

mine was the opposite..I was married right away and had kids 5 years later..(still married to my high school sweetheart for over 20 years) but it was the business and artsy part that held most of my fear…what if people didn’t like it…what if it doesn’t sell…after all those self doubts and fear, I now have a successful business. Its funny how once you kick FEAR in the face…the rest just falls into place. Your “happily ever after” is out there, cause as my mother says..”its never to late”
